Ordering and Payment
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): All orders with a B2B account will contain a minimum order quantity of 1 kg per product.
Pricing: Prices are in INR/USD, subject to change without any prior intimation. Bulk pricing and discounts available on the quantity ordered.
T&F: We accept bank transfers, Credit cards, Debit Cards and Cash. All payments shall be made in advance at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping and Delivery
Packaging: We take due care in packing all our offered products to save them from any damage during delivery.
Shipping: We provide shipping in national as well as international destinations. In the case of both, the shipping charges shall be upon the purchaser unless specially mentioned.
Time Taken to Deliver: An estimated time of delivery shall be provided at the time of order confirmation. It is due to the process; we are not responsible for any unforeseen situations.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
Returns and Replacements
Damaged or Misplaced Products: Please report damaged or misplaced products within 7 days of receipt. We will replace products which validate your claim immediately.
Returns: Returns are accepted only on defective or damaged products reported by customers within the stipulated period.
Refunds: In case the claim is found justified, Customers will be refunded, or the products will be replaced at our company’s discretion.
Product Quality and Warranty
Quality Assurance: We ensure highest quality standard for our products. Each batch of our products undergoes strict quality control procedures.
Warranty: Our products are warranted against defects in normal use. The warranty is valid only for the period as specified with each product.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Confidentiality: Both parties hereto agree that all proprietary information provided in carrying out the concerned business shall be kept confidential.
Intellectual Property: Trademarks, logos, and proprietary information that associate with our products are the property of Dil Bahar Aromas. No use shall be allowed without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Dil Bahar Aromas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This means that our total liability is limited only to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
